Local Computerized Services (LCS) is a technology company designed to build up local ecosystems (economies).  This is primarily accomplished by bring local establishments together with local residents.  Since the two are largely interdepent upon each other, a natural "ecosystem" exist in which greater collaboration and connection can be established and nurtured.  An improved relatioship between buyers and sellers help to ensure the overall prosperity of the immediate local community.  All this is accomplished without political influence or special interest.  Therefore, LCS has multiple platforms prepared to help maximize the opportunity of developing local ecosystems.  We refer to this concept as "vertical markets" with our core technology as the catalyst.

Unique Online Community Personality

Our approach is always customizable based on our core technologies.  We've purposely set out to accomplish this in order to help each smaller community bring its unique "personality" to the online community.  Working on the ecosystem level, every member of the immediate local community is invited to get involved.  The greater the participation, the more accurate the local "personality" of that community will be manifest online.  Why is that important?  Simply due to the fact that every community has a unique offering to the world.  Not only do local residents and establishments benefit first, but, those who are conducting research on a given community will want to know more about that locality.

Baseline Technology

From a core technology perspective, LCS is standardizing how our vertical markets are established.  However, each individual community will have the flexibility to customized their own information and presentation to reflect their online personality.  Our baseline technology makes it possible for internet users to have a consistent experience throughout our online communities within our system.  This ensures ease of use throughout our network of smaller online communities.  LCS approved local reps function as team leaders in helping the local ecosystem to establish accurate and effective online information.  They'll also help to ensure that LCS guidelines are adhered to when posting such information.

We have established several vertical markets and are working on several more.  Each service is designed to address a specific aspect of the local community and its makeup.  We refer to these as vertical markets because they always contribute to additional ways that bring the local ecosystem closer together.  The names of a few of these services are; Classifieds That Talk, Everyday People 2000, Travel Butler, and, School Community Partnership.
